We are a small, unaffiliated, egalitarian congregation that welcomes Jews from a variety of Jewish backgrounds.

RELIGIOUS SCHOOL REGISTRATION

The 2025-2026 Hebrew & Religious School meets weekly.

Classes are September through May

SERVICES

Please join us for our weekly Friday night Shabbat services (5:30 pm most weeks; 7pm second Fri), biweekly Saturday morning

Torah service, and monthly

community Shabbat dinners.

Community Dinners, Onegs, & Holiday Meals

2026 Community 2nd Night Seder Dinner

LAJC's annual, family-friendly second night community seder was held on Thursday, April 2, 2026. A beautiful, well-attended event, attendees feasted on a delicious, catered dinner and camaraderie was enjoyed all around.

Religious Service Hours

Shabbat services are held every Friday evening. Join us for Shabbat services at 5:30 pm, followed by an Oneg (refreshments) provided by one of our member families. Monthly late service starts 7pm on the second Friday of the month. Join in person or on Zoom. ( Check your email for the Zoom link ). We customarily hold a catered community shabbat dinner on the last Friday of the month. Please check the website calendar to confirm the date and RSVP if you are planning to join
